Where Our Leadership Works
Lombard is our headquarters and home to our leadership team. European Service LLC was founded in 2018 by Sergey Yakovlev and Natalia Horbach, who bring more than 45 years of combined experience in home-care management.
We are small on purpose. Our leadership stays closely involved in caregiver selection, family-to-caregiver matching, and ongoing supervision, ensuring that no family ever feels like a file number.
