Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
1. Introduction
European Service LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website (the "Site"), submit a form, or engage our in-home care services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Contact & Assessment Information: Name, phone number, email address, your loved one's city, care service of interest, how you plan to pay for care, and preferred contact time, submitted through our website forms.
Client & Care Information: Health, mobility, and daily living information relevant to developing and delivering a personalized care plan, collected directly from clients or authorized family members during an in-home assessment.
Website Usage Information: Standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to help us maintain and improve the Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to assessment requests, coordinate and deliver in-home care services, communicate about scheduling and billing, coordinate Long-Term Care Insurance claims or In-Home Care program eligibility on your behalf where authorized, and improve our website and services.
4. Form Submission Privacy
Information submitted through our website's assessment and contact forms is transmitted directly to our intake team and is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers. Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to begin your care plan.
Form submissions are stored in our business systems, including Google Workspace, which processes them on our behalf. Our website also displays embedded posts from Instagram. When you view those posts, Instagram (operated by Meta Platforms) may set cookies and collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy. Links to our Instagram, Facebook, and Google profiles take you to those services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Standards
We treat all client and family information as confidential. Personal and health-related information is shared internally only with the staff and caregivers directly involved in a client's care, and externally only where required to coordinate care (for example, with a Long-Term Care Insurance carrier or a care program that funds your services, with your authorization), or where required by Illinois law or IDPH regulation. We do not disclose client information to unrelated third parties without consent.
6. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect client and website information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain client and form submission information for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations under IDPH licensure, and resolve any disputes. Information is disposed of securely when no longer needed.
8. Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask that we stop contacting you regarding services you have not requested.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at adults arranging care for themselves or a loved one. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
