1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the European Service LLC website (the "Site") or engaging our in-home care services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.

2. Description of Services

European Service LLC provides non-medical in-home care services, including but not limited to In-Home Care, Personal Care, 24/7 Care & Support, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Respite Care, and Companion Care, across DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Northern Cook counties in Illinois. European Service LLC is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), and is bonded and insured.

3. No Medical Advice

Our caregivers provide non-medical assistance with activities of daily living. Nothing on this Site or provided as part of our Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider regarding any medical questions or conditions.

4. Service Agreements

Specific terms governing the delivery of care, including scheduling, billing, and caregiver assignment, are set out in a separate Client Service Agreement executed at the start of care. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement controls for matters of care delivery.

5. Payment & Billing

Rates, billing frequency, and accepted payment methods (including private pay, Long-Term Care Insurance, and In-Home Care program coverage for eligible clients) are disclosed prior to the start of service and detailed in your Client Service Agreement. Clients are responsible for timely payment of all invoiced amounts.

6. Website Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent your identity when submitting a contact or assessment request form.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the European Service LLC name and brand marks, is the property of European Service LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, European Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from the direct provision of care Services, which is governed by your Client Service Agreement and applicable Illinois law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
